Alverno’s Katie La Corte is Girl Scouts of America’s Gold Award Recipient

Alverno Heights Academy (AHA) congratulates rising senior Katie on her Gold Award from the Girl Scouts of America. Her project’s focus was on foster children in El Monte and the importance of Art Therapy in their lives. She was able to work closely with Alverno Art Teacher, Ms. Keller to offer Art Therapy ideas.
