We believe in the value of Girl Scouting
Each spring, the GSGLA Annual Meeting unites members in shaping the vision for empowering girls through exceptional programs. The annual meeting includes updates from our Board Chair, the CEO’s state of the council address, essential council updates, peer-to-peer networking, and the opportunity to cast important votes that guide our movement forward.
All council members ages 14 and up are welcome and encouraged to join. It’s a great way to engage in the business of our movement and to get a first look at the annual report. Older Girl Scouts are encouraged to participate in this unique opportunity to engage directly in leadership and governance.
Voting Requirements
Our council is governed by our membership. Any individual 14 years of age and older who is a member of the Girl Scout Movement and who is currently registered through the council is a voting member of Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles.
