Ways to Volunteer
Be the troop leader that supports Girl Scouts every week—the one that watches their smiles get bigger as they grow more confident. Help Girl Scouts choose projects, trips and badge work. Mentor them during cookie season so they can reach the goals they set with their troop. Collaborate with other adults to provide the kind of behind-the-scenes support that allows them to make amazing new memories at Girl Scouts.
Whether you can give a few hours, a few weeks, or a few months, volunteering with Girl Scouts is flexible and fun.
Mentor adult volunteers as they work with Girl Scouts to create memories they will never forget.
Coordinate the beloved annual cookie program at the troop level. Sign up for cookie cupboards designated for troop cookie pick-up, set up cookie selling booths in the community, manage inventory and money, and then watch the girls light up when they earn program rewards!
Help the girls explore the outdoors year-round as they make new friends and have so much fun!
Whether you are available for a one-time event, just a few hours a month, or have much more time to share, we have a volunteer role for you! We need adults of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to serve as positive role models.
Be part of shaping the Girl Scout Experience! National Delegates have an important role – they are elected to represent their council members’ interests during the National Council Session. They vote on proposals and elect the National Board of Directors.
