Girl Advisory Bureau
Do you have the gift of GAB?
GSGLA’s Girl Advisory Bureau (GAB) is a dynamic group of Girl Scouts from every level—Daisy to Ambassador—and from all over the Greater Los Angeles area. GAB members speak up and speak out, acting as the voice of more than 33,000 Girl Scouts, representing the council – and sometimes GSUSA – at media and civic events, as well as in GSGLA publications.
Why be a GAB girl?
Share your ideas and stories with the GSGLA council and community.
Engage in leadership and media workshops/trainings.
Have the honor and distinction of being selected as a GAB girl.
GAB Membership Commitments
GAB members must:
- Commit to attending four (4) GAB meetings per year
- Commit to a minimum term of two (2) years or until they age out of Girl Scouts, whichever comes first
Look for videos created by GAB members on GSGLA’s YouTube channel, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as articles written by GAB on the GSGLA Blog.
Applications for the 2023-2025 term are now closed. Applications for the next term of GAB will open in 2025.
