Marine Landing is the SoCal beach vibe you’re looking for with its palm trees, soft sandy beach, and bobbing kayaks. This premier waterfront facility is set in picturesque Alamitos Bay in Long Beach and includes its own private beach for swimming. Come for the sun, stay for the fun, and don’t forget the sunscreen!

In addition to hosting one of our council's most popular summer day camps, Marine Landing is available for day and overnight rental throughout the rest of the year (September-May). Reserve a council-led Boating Adventure to enhance your stay!

An airy program center with indoor meeting space, green grass, and ocean views is the perfect homebase for a day at our private beach.

Fire Ring

Beachfront fire ring is THE destination for camping must-haves: s'mores, songs, & scary stories. 🏕️🔥🌙

Grass Area with Picnic Tables

Green lawn for fun in the sun, camping under the stars, and everything in between. 🌞⭐

Bridge

Take Girl Scout fun to the next level (literally!) with a beachfront bridging ceremony. 🌈

Meeting Space

Versatile meeting space with plenty of room for all your favorite indoor activities.

Kitchen

Full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave.

Boating Equipment

Kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards—oh my! 🚣🏻‍♀️🌊🤿☀️ Plus beach toys and a rainbow of pool noodles.

Outdoor Showers

Rinse off those sandy toes after a day of fun in the sun on our private beach! 🏖️

When you visit Marine Landing, you are standing on the traditional land of the Acjachemen (a-HAH-she-men).
