Bylaws and Policies
Bylaws are used to define the structure and organization of a nonprofit corporation and are the rules adopted by an organization for the governance of its members and the regulation of its affairs. GSGLA’s voting membership consists of any individual 14 years of age and over who is a member of the Girl Scout Movement and who is currently registered through the council, including staff of the council.
GSGLA is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception.
