Celebrate the heart of Girl Scouting through traditions and special celebrations in this collaborative Troop Talk session designed for adult volunteers and troop leaders. This interactive workshop creates a space for sharing ideas, experiences, and inspiration as we explore the traditions that make Girl Scouts so special.
Participants will engage in guided discussions and peer-to-peer learning while exploring the meaning behind key Girl Scout traditions. Together, we will brainstorm creative, inclusive, and girl-led ways to celebrate milestones and bring traditions to life in our troops.
In this Troop Talk, you will:
Share your own experiences, ideas, and favorite traditions with fellow volunteers
Learn from others about meaningful and creative celebrations
Explore the purpose and history behind Girl Scout traditions
Collaborate on fresh, inclusive approaches to ceremonies and special events
Gather practical ideas you can immediately use with your troop
Whether you're new to Girl Scouts or a seasoned leader, this session offers a supportive environment to connect, learn, and grow together.
