The Adventurer's Creed: Never stop exploring! Through ancient myths and curious clues, campers will investigate forgotten legends and search for discoveries hidden beyond the ordinary. As they search for answers, campers will build observation, navigation, and critical thinking skills that help every great explorer chart the unknown. By exploring every trail and uncovering every secret, they'll begin to unravel the mysteries of history and move one step closer to finding long lost cities and treasure.
Day Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Camps that do not require a deposit (Program Aide, CIT, LIT, Troop Camp) are subject to a 20% cancellation/change fee.
- Please check school calendars prior to registering your camper to avoid loss of deposit.
- Cancellations two weeks prior to the start of the session: full refund minus deposit.
- Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the start of the session: no refund.
- No refunds and no prorated refunds will be made for campers who arrive late, leave early, attend only part of the camp, or choose not to attend the camp.
- If a camper can no longer attend due to illness or injury, a physician's letter must accompany the refund request prior to start of camp. Please email to registration@girlscoutsla.org. * If a camper is required to attend summer school, please contact registration@girlscoutsla.org.
- The council will provide a refund if it cancels an activity due to insufficient registrations, acts of nature, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund may be pro-rated if applicable.
