Leading a younger girl multilevel troop brings both joy and unique challenges, and you don't have to navigate them alone. This interactive workshop creates space for leaders to connect, share experiences, and collaborate on real-life strategies for managing different ages, attention spans, and developmental needs while keeping every girl engaged, supported, and excited to participate.
Together, participants will discuss what's working, problem-solve common challenges, and exchange practical ideas for cooperative planning, ageappropriate girlled choices, and troop structures that build confidence, teamwork, and fun. Whether you're new to leading younger girls or looking to strengthen your multilevel troop, you'll leave with shared insights, new connections, and readytouse ideas to create a positive and engaging experience for everyone.
