Leading an older girl multilevel troop comes with unique opportunities-and unique challenges. This interactive workshop explores practical strategies for balancing different ages, interests, and leadership levels within one troop while keeping girls engaged, empowered, and growing.
Participants will learn tools for shared planning, girlled decisionmaking, and troop structures that support independence, mentorship, and fun. Whether you're new to older girl levels or looking to strengthen an existing multilevel troop, you'll leave with ideas you can use right away.
