Celebrate the heart of Girl Scouting through traditions and special celebrations in this collaborative Troop Talk session designed for adult volunteers and troop leaders. This interactive workshop creates a space for sharing ideas, experiences, and inspiration as we explore the traditions that make Girl Scouts so special.
Participants will engage in guided discussions and peer-to-peer learning while exploring the meaning behind key Girl Scout traditions. Together, we will brainstorm creative, inclusive, and girl-led ways to celebrate milestones and bring traditions to life in our troops.
In this Troop Talk, you will:
- Share your own experiences, ideas, and favorite traditions with fellow volunteers
- Learn from others about meaningful and creative celebrations
- Explore the purpose and history behind Girl Scout traditions
- Collaborate on fresh, inclusive approaches to ceremonies and special events
- Gather practical ideas you can immediately use with your troop
Whether you're new to Girl Scouts or a seasoned leader, this session offers a supportive environment to connect, learn, and grow together.
