Date: Tue Nov 17, 6:30 PM PST - Tue Nov 17, 8:00 PM PST
Category:
  • Adult Training

Location:

This training equips leaders with practical knowledge and tools to create inclusive, supportive environments that recognize and value neurodiversity. Participants will explore how individuals think, learn, and interact in different ways, and why these differences are strengths rather than deficits. Through real-world examples and guided discussion, leaders will build awareness of common neurodivergent traits and learn how to adapt environments, communication styles, and expectations to better support all participants.

The session focuses on actionable strategies, including using visual supports, breaking tasks into manageable steps, establishing consistent routines, and creating flexible, sensory-friendly spaces. By the end of the training, participants will be prepared to foster inclusive group experiences that enhance engagement, promote collaboration, and help every individual succeed.
