After Care begins at 4:30pm and ends at 6:00pm each camp day. Pick ups needed after 4:30pm are required to purchase After Care. Activities (including an extra snack) will be provided.
Camp Before/After Care Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before Care runs 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and After Care runs 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- There is no daily rate, and you must register each week individually. Please note: A $10 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes after 6:00 p.m.
- Before/After Care is non-refundable once registered
- No Transfers.
- No refunds.
- No prorated refunds will be made for campers who arrive late, leave early, attend only part of the camp, or choose not to attend the camp.
- If a camper can no longer attend due to illness or injury, a physician's letter must accompany the refund request prior to the start of camp. Please email to registration@girlscoutsla.org.
- Please check school calendars prior to registering your camper.
- If a camper is required to attend summer school, please contact registration@girlscoutsla.org.
- The council will provide a refund if it cancels an activity due to insufficient registrations, acts of nature, or other reasons beyond its control.
