Join us for a gentle, interactive online workshop just for Girl
Scout volunteers and parents. This session is an introduction to
mindfulness-what it is, why it matters, and how it can support both
you and your family.
We'll explore:
- A playful experiment showing what really happens inside our
minds (and how to calm the chaos)
- A quick & powerful
one-minute meditation you can use anytime
- A simple and fun
way to understand the brain: meet your amygdala and prefrontal
cortex!
- Where emotions live in the body-and how they like to
express themselves
- A soothing body scan meditation to
release tension and gently guide you toward a restful night's
sleep
No experience necessary. Just come as you are, and give
yourself the gift of slowing down.
