Participants will explore the differences between mental health and mental health challenges, learn to recognize early warning signs, and gain practical strategies to respond with confidence and compassion.
Through guided discussion and real-world examples, attendees will discover how to foster resilience, promote self-care, and create safe, supportive spaces within their troops. The session also highlights helpful resources, crisis support options, and simple, actionable techniques volunteers can use to encourage positive mental health and connection.
