Get ready, Girl Scouts-let's explore the world of creepy crawlies! Observe animals, discover bugs, and explore habitats while building skills toward your Daisy Animal Observer, Brownie Bugs, and Junior Animal Habitats badges.
Meet real animals up close, including Red Knee and Pink Toe tarantulas and Ball Pythons and Boa Constrictor snakes, and practice being brave, curious animal observers. Along the way, we'll learn how these creatures live, what makes them special, and why their homes matter.
Let's jump in, ask questions, and discover together-because Girl Scouts are always ready for an adventure, even a creepy crawly one!

This is a troop and/or individual Girl Scout event. Both Adults and Girl Scouts must register. Adult registration and attendance are required to meet the appropriate Adult-to-Girl ratio guidelines. Adults are responsible for health history form and supervising/assisting girl(s).

Staff reserve the right to make allowances for more, or to limit the number of adults due to space limitations. We will notify you of any changes in advance. Thank you for your understanding as we try to maximize the number of Girl Scouts who can experience this program, while also ensuring safe and adequate supervision.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Registration is paid in full at the time of registering.
- For registration fee of $10 or less: no refunds
- For registration fees exceeding $10: cancellations prior to the close of registration are subject to a 10% administration fee.
- All cancellations after close of registration: no refund
- No refunds and no prorated refunds will be made for any registrant who arrives late, leaves early, attends only part of the program, or chooses not to attend the program.
- The council will provide a refund if an activity is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, acts of nature, or other reasons beyond its control.
- Please allow one week to process refunds. Refund will be credited back to original form of payment.
