Lakota Teen Camp is a one week camp experience for Girl Scouts entering 9th-12th grade! A small but mighty team of camp staff will facilitate a traditional camp experience for campers to re-connect with oneself, nature, and fellow Girl Scouts! Our relaxed schedule will allow teen campers to spend extra time at the ropes course, at the archery range, chilling by the pool, sleeping in, and enjoying all that Camp Lakota has to offer!
Campers will sleep in our state of the art a-frame cabins and all meals will be provided.
Transportation is not included, and we encourage fellow Girl Scouts to carpool.
Teen Camp is separate from the CIT Leadership Experience, and Girl Scouts may attend both.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Transfers. Cancellations only.
- Deposits: non-refundable, non-transferable
- Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the start of camp: Full refund minus deposit
- Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of camp: no refund
- No refunds and no prorated refunds will be made for campers who arrive late, leave early, attend only part of the camp, or choose not to attend the camp.
- If a camper can no longer attend due to Illness or injury, a physician's letter must accompany the refund request prior to start of camp. Please email to registration@girlscoutsla.org
- Please check school calendars prior to registering your camper to avoid loss of deposit.
- If a camper is required to attend summer school, please contact registration@girlscoutsla.org
- The council will provide a refund if it cancels an activity due to insufficient registrations, acts of nature, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund may be pro-rated if applicable.
