Events

Registration is paid in full at time of registering.
For registration fee of $10 or less: no refunds.
For registration fees exceeding $10: cancellations prior to close of registration are subject to a 10% administration fee.
All cancellations after close of registration: no refunds.
No refunds and no prorated refunds will be made for any registrant who arrives late, leaves early, attends only part of the program, or chooses not to attend the program.
The council will provide a refund if an activity is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, acts of nature, or other reasons beyond its control.
Please allow 2 weeks to process refunds. Refund will be credited back to original form of payment.

Training

Registration is paid in full at time of registering.

The council will provide a refund if an activity is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, acts of nature, or other reasons beyond its control.

Camp

Deposits: non-refundable, non-transferable.
Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the start of camp: Full refund minus deposit.
Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of camp: no refunds.
No refunds and no prorated refunds will be made for campers who arrive late, leave early, attend only part of the camp, or choose not to attend the camp.
If a camper can no longer attend due to Illness or injury, a physician's letter must accompany the refund request prior to start of camp. Please email registration@girlscoutsla.org.
Please check school calendars prior to registering your camper to avoid loss of deposit.
If a camper is required to attend summer school, please email registration@girlscoutsla.org.
