Camp: Inglewood Innovation Center
Unleash your creativity in a week-long adventure where chemistry and art come together in a dazzling mix of fun! Combine scientific exploration with artistic expression by mixing up slime, using fruit and baking soda to make explosive volcanic eruptions, using the power of the sun to make beautiful prints, bringing your artistic visions to life with 3D pens, animating your own art machines with Lego bricks, and explore the colors of nature in art. This week campers will take a field trip to Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area!
Camp is closed July 4.
Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors will earn the Art and Design badge.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Camps that do not require a deposit (Program Aide, CIT, LIT, Troop Camp) are subject to a 20% cancellation/change fee.
- Please check school calendars prior to registering your camper to avoid loss of deposit.
- Cancellations two weeks prior to the start of the session: full refund minus deposit.
- Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the start of the session: no refund.
- No refunds and no prorated refunds will be made for campers who arrive late, leave early, attend only part of the camp, or choose not to attend the camp.
- If a camper can no longer attend due to illness or injury, a physician's letter must accompany the refund request prior to start of camp. Please email to registration@girlscoutsla.org. * If a camper is required to attend summer school, please contact registration@girlscoutsla.org.
- The council will provide a refund if it cancels an activity due to insufficient registrations, acts of nature, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund may be pro-rated if applicable.
