This class is offered by certified instructors that use American Heart Association (AHA) curriculum. AHA’s Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid Training provides the knowledge and skills that may help save a life. The course covers adult/child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, first aid basics, and adult/child/infant choking. Class includes anaphylaxis/epinephrine injector, asthma inhaler, and opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies.

This class satisfies the Volunteer Essentials guidelines for minimum level of first aid required for access to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) that is less than 30 minutes response time. After class completion, you will receive a certificate that is valid for 2 years.
