Day Camps
Outdoor adventure is a cornerstone to the Girl Scout experience. We provide amazing opportunities for girls to develop and grow a love for the great outdoors. Our summer camps, open to all girls, provide an enriching atmosphere where our happy campers participate in carefully designed, dynamic activities.

What's Girl Scout Day Camp?
Our day camps encourage and support girls in developing a strong sense of self, building practical life skills, cultivating healthy relationships, and promoting cooperation and team building.
Our camp experiences are open to all girls in a safe, all-girl environment. Day camp 5-day sessions run from June to August, from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. We provide morning and evening extended care at an additional cost. Camp staff is first aid/CPR/lifeguard* certified.

Day Camp Leadership Experience (PAs & CITs)
For girls entering grades 9-12, we have updated our Counselor
in Training program to be a progressive, experiential leadership
opportunity. In between assisting younger camper on their own Girl
Scout camp experience, you will have time to work towards your own
leadership goals as a Counselor-in-Training (CIT). Camps provide
knowledgeable staff and a brand new library of activities modeled
after the Girl Scout Leadership Experience for you to “choose your own
adventure” and become a leader of courage, confidence and
character
For girls entering grades 7-8, camps El Ranchito, La Casita and Mariposa have a Program Aides (PA), a pre-CIT leadership experience. PAs will learn leadership fundamentals as you begin your transition from camper to camp leader! PAs do NOT need to fill out an application--registration will continue through ebiz.
Prerequisites: CITs and PAs must attend a mandatory leadership orientation, in lieu of PA training. Orientation dates will be sent out after registration. CITs must submit an online application, including one reference form.
Applications Open: Feb. 15th
