community, and sporting events. In addition to learning how to carry,
present, and march in formation, the team also teaches flag protocol
to troops and other groups. For more information, contact carolyngoss@verizon.net.
Girl Advisory Bureau (GAB)
The GSGLA Girl
Advisory Bureau (GAB) is a dynamic group of Girl Scouts (all levels)
that serve as the voice of more than 40,000 Girl Scouts, representing
the council at media and civic events. GAB girls also engage in
leadership and media workshops and field trips. More information.
Robotics Teams
GSGLA robotics teams are all about
teamwork, creativity, and hands-on fun! GSGLA offers three levels of
robotics teams: Robots and Fun! (Daisy/Brownie), Robots

SOS Brigade
The GSGLA SOS Brigade (Sudden Opportunities
of Service) is a call list of troops and girls who can jump to service
at a moment’s notice to help the council and the community. Service
can include civic appearances, council events, flag ceremonies, and
other activities. To be added to the SOS Brigade, email your interest
to communications@girlscoutsla.org.
