December 14-January 20
Troop cookie chairs (TCCs) attend service unit cookie training. Date determined by service unit (SU).
January 20
Signed ACH debit authorization form, voided check, and Troop Cookie Chair Position Description & Agreement due to service unit cookie program chair (SUCPC).
January 22-24
TCCs receive eBudde invitation access from SUCPC.
January 20
TCCs visit http://vipetraining.littlebrownie.com to complete eBudde and other training online.
January 24
Initial Order taking begins.
January 27
Deadline to test eBudde log in and report problems to SUCPC.
February 2
eBudde Booth Scheduler round 1 opens.
February 7
Initial orders due to troop.
February 8 National Girl Scout Cookie Day. Join the party at Westfield Santa Anita!
February 9 Last day for TCCs to enter initial orders into eBudde – 11:30 p.m.

February 20-24

Initial order cookie delivery to service units. Delivery dates and locations will vary.
February 25
Boothing begins.
February 27
Cupboards open. Troops pick up in whole case quantity until March 6. Access the Cupboard Calendar.
February 28
Cookie Mobile contest submissions due.
March 6-19
Exchanges accepted at designated cupboards. Troops may pick up in box quantities until the close of the program.
March 7
Last day for troops to deposit funds to cover first ACH debit.
March 11 First ACH debit by council for 50% of initial order.
March 23 Cookie program ends.
April 1 Last day for TCCs to enter all Gift of Caring boxes, troop transfers, and complete girl allocations in eBudde.
April 1 Troops deposit all remaining funds to cover 2nd ACH debit.
April 11 Final ACH debit. Discrepancy reports due to product sales managers (PSMs).
May 10 Club 500 - FunFest V at Vasa Park, Agoura Hills
June 14 Elite 1000 - Disney YES Program, Anaheim

SUCPC conduct trainings for TCCs. Dates determined by SU.
December 14-January 20
SUCPCs receive eBudde access from PSM.
January 14 Service unit booth data sent to PSM.
January 19  Last day service units should schedule local Cookie Kick-Offs.
January 20
Signed ACH debit authorization form, voided troop check and Troop Cookie Chair Position Description & Agreement due to SUCPC.
January 20 TCCs and SUCPCs visit http://vipetraining.littlebrownie.com to complete eBudde and other training online.
January 22-24
TCCs receive eBudde access from SUCPC.
January 24
SUCPCs turn in completed TCC Position Description & Agreement, ACH debit authorization form, and voided troop check to council.
January 24
Initial Order taking begins.
January 27
Deadline for TCCs to test eBudde log ins. SUCPCs report any problems to PSM.
January 31 Deadline for service units to request a cookie cupboard.
January 31
Booth data available for viewing in eBudde, 11:30 p.m. deadline.
February 2
eBudde Booth Scheduler round 1 opens at 6:30 p.m.
February 3
Boothing chair reviews sign-ups in Booth Scheduler to ensure adherence to “on your honor” home SU rule, if applicable.
February 4 eBudde Booth Scheduler round 2 opens at 6:30 p.m.
February 6 eBudde Booth Scheduler round 3 opens at 6:30 p.m.
February 7
Initial orders due to troop.
February 8 National Girl Scout Cookie Day. Join the party at Westfield Santa Anita!
February 9
TCCs to submit initial orders into eBudde by 11:30 p.m.
February 10-11
Deadline for SUCPCs to review/edit/submit troop initial orders in eBudde. Final deadline: Feb 11, 11:30 p.m.
February 12
Deadline for SU delivery chairs to create initial order pick-up schedule in eBudde, including date, time, & location.
February 20-24
Initial order cookie delivery to service units (dates and locations vary by region - check with PSM).
February 25
Boothing begins.
February 27
Cupboards open. Troops pick up in whole case quantity until March 6. Access the Cupboard Calendar.
February 28
Cookie mobile contest submissions due.
March 6-19
Exchanges accepted at designated cupboards. Troop may pick-up in box quantity until the close of the program.
March 7
Troops deposit funds to cover first ACH debit.
March 11
First ACH debit from troop accounts by council for 50% of initial order.
March 23
Cookie program ends.

April 1

Last day for TCCs to enter all Gift of Caring boxes, troop transfers and complete girl allocations in eBudde.
April 1 Deadline for troops to deposit all remaining monies in troop accounts in preparation for final ACH debit.
April 6 SUCPCs to ensure all troops have completed allocations, troop-to-troop transfers and GOC boxes by 11:30 p.m. deadline.
April 11 Final ACH debit from troop accounts. Deadline for troops to turn in discrepancy reports to PSM.
