Adult Learning Registration
Adult Learning registrations can be completed online, delivered in person, mailed, or faxed. The cancellation policy for trainings varies depending on the class. Adult Training registrations should be sent to Vanessa Campos (see below). For more information, contact the Adult Development Department.
Activity & Event (Program) Registration
Program registrations can be completed online, delivered in person, mailed, or faxed. Registration for GSGLA events is based on space available and processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Unless otherwise specified, registrations close two weeks prior to the event.
Troops and individuals must be registered for the current Girl Scout year in order to register or participate in a GSGLA event, unless the event is a recruitment event. The appropriate event/activity adult-girl ratios, as outlined in Volunteer Essentials, Chapter 4:Safety-Wise, must be followed.
How to Register
Select your event on the GSGLA Calendar and register online. GSGLA no longer accepts paper registrations unless specifically noted in the description.
In the event you complete a paper registration, please e-mail or fax your form to:

- VCampos@girlscoutsla.org or fax to (626) 677-2561 for Adult Learning
Or mail (with fee enclosed) to GSGLA, 9525 Monte Vista Ave., Montclair, CA 91763. Do not mail cash. Cash is accepted for in-person transactions only.
All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee. No refunds will be given after the close of registration. Please bring your confirmation letter to the Program. No walk-ins will be accepted even if space is available. If you need to transfer registration, it must be done PRIOR to the event by emailing Vanessa Gomez at VGomez@girlscoutsla.org. If you are not listed on the attendance roster you will NOT be allowed to stay.
