2012 GSGLA Earth Hour
March 31, 2012 • 8:30 - 9:30 p.m.
What Will You Do When the Lights Go Out?
Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles is helping jump-start the GSUSA Forever Green initiative! On Saturday, March 31, 2012 Girl Scouts and friends will turn off all non-essential electronic devices for Earth Hour (8:30-9:30pm). Will you join in?
No lights! No television! No computer! all to help conserve energy and help our planet!
Have a picnic or a cookout, sing songs around a campfire, or just take a good, long look at the stars. You’ll not only help the earth, but you could earn the cool, collectible 2012 Earth Hour GLOW-IN-THE-DARK patch!
Please complete the online survey by April 10, 2012*. If you need a paper version of the survey, please contact Kristen Simon at ksimon@girlscoutsla.org.
