From June 2 through June 8, 2014 GSGLA will join forces with K-Earth 101, Supercuts, and Paul Mitchell for Locks of Love Week—a week-long spotlight campaign to collect hair donations for disadvantage youth dealing with illnesses that cause hair loss.
In addition to providing hair donations themselves, GSGLA Girl Scouts hope to encourage thousands of other Southern Californians with at least 10 inches of hair to participate in this week of giving. The public is invited to visit any local Supercuts location from June 2-8 and receive a FREE haircut with a Locks of Love donation.
Get the patch!
Those who donate hair to this worthy cause will earn a patch. Girls/parents simply share a photo of their Girl Scout making the donation (before and after shots, sitting in the Supercuts chair, in front of a poster at Supercuts, etc.) at a GSGLA shop and they will be given the patch.
