Ranging from a fun 5K to an extraordinary leadership luncheon, these events attract members from all over the council and participants from throughout Los Angeles.

The GSGLA Annual Meeting welcomes all council members ages 14+ and features the board chair’s report, the CEO’s state of the council address, council updates, important votes, and networking.
The Volunteer Recognition Ceremony immediately follows the Annual Meeting. Starting with a luncheon, the event celebrates our volunteers and highlights those who have earned a national award.
The Family Fit Fair provides a fun opportunity for girls and their families and friends to enjoy fitness together. Featuring a 5K challenge course, the event celebrates healthy living at the culminating fair.
The Gold Award Ceremony annually celebrates Girl Scouts who have earned the highest award in Girl Scouts. The event welcomes hundreds of family and friends and features an amazing keynote speaker.
Feed Your Neighbor is a month-long food drive, led by Girl Scouts who counter the hunger crisis in L.A. County by collecting food and volunteering at the food bank.
The ToGetHerThere Luncheon is our annual fundraising event. Launched from the largest campaign dedicated to girls’ leadership, it’s where LA’s most accomplished leaders gather and get inspired.
Designed by volunteers, our triennial volunteer conference provides learning opportunities for new and experienced volunteers. From workshops on Girl Scout traditions to yoga, it’s a great day of fun.
