The Girl Scout Leadership Experience is girl-driven, reflecting the ever-changing needs and interests of participating girls. In every aspect of Girl Scouting, The Girl Scout Leadership Experience engages girls in discovering self, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place. Discover, Connect, and Take Action are the three keys to Leadership.

Girls learn the value and the fun of sharing experiences in an all-girl environment, with caring, trained adults to serve as mentors and models. All activities are designed with girls in mind to spark their interests, address their concerns, build their skills, and explore the world around them.

Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles is where girls can discover the fun, friendship and power of girls together. And you can be a part of it! Whether you are girl grade K-12, or an adult who can volunteer to make a difference in the lives of girls, there is something for everyone in Girl Scouts! Girl Scout program activities are open to all girls who are registered members of Girl Scouts and who accept the Girl Scout Promise and Law. Girls are guided by the support of caring, trained adult volunteers.
